Columbus Day Weekend
October 9 - 10, 2010
We are hoping to make check-in easier for all by eliminating
what has become a traditional Friday night meeting.
Check-in will be on Saturday morning. It will take
place at the field where you will be playing and will be
before your first game. We ask that the coach or
manager who will be checking in the team be at the field 45
min to an hour before the scheduled time of your first game
on Saturday.
We will need passes for all players 11-14 and a copy of the
certified roster for U-10 teams.
A medical release is required for all players who are not
currently registered and insured by CJSA.
